Multicultural policy is adrift in the election campaign, with the major parties refusing to commit to the changes needed to minimise mounting community tensions

Got tired of all the game's mild survival elements being just set dressing you could mostly ignore so fuck it, now Arthur has to worry about hunger, thirst, temperature, sleep, weapon carry weight and pissing while another mod promises to add limb injuries that give you specific debuffs

I tried adding hunger and thirst meters to my horse but she kept collapsing from thirst with no body of water or trough in sight and there's no way to give water to horses

I also drastically limited my ammo limits and tried making combat more deadly for both the player and the NPCs. I would love to do something about the economy too but those mods seem a bit janky

Word of warning: RDR2 is held together by duct tape and dreams and adding mods may make wildlife, NPCs and trains stop spawning, especially mods that add or change models and textures

After half a decade fighting to keep its empire together, Google’s defenses are wearing thin.

The company is facing a two-front war that could fundamentally reshape its business, and, the US Department of Justice argues, open new opportunities for its competitors. Last year a federal judge deemed Google an unlawful monopolist in the online search market, and this past week, a different judge declared it had monopolized the ad tech market, too. On Monday, it will face a new stage in that first battle: a three-week trial in Washington, DC to determine the appropriate remedies to restore competition to online search.

Google has vowed to appeal both rulings, but it can’t do so until after it’s gone through remedies trials for each case, letting the DOJ argue for its breakup and other restraints. In court starting Monday, the government will make the case for forcing Google to sell its Chrome web browser, share search data with competitors, keep the government abreast of new AI investments, and end exclusionary deals with browser and phone makers.

In this and the coming ad-tech remedies trial, the judges may find that less extreme measures can address the harms they believe Goo …

Since it's launch in 2017, the Alliance for Entertainment and Creativity has established itself as the most powerful coalition of its type on the planet. In the first three months of 2025, ACE welcomed new members to its ranks but reported just two successful outcomes concerning online enforcement operations. ACE has a track record of underreporting progress, the first quarter of 2025 was no exception.

$47.99 -> $11.99 for Deluxe Edition, $39.99 -> $9.99 for regular.

Information on historical lows sourced from https://isthereanydeal.com/game/transport-fever-2/info and https://isthereanydeal.com/game/transport-fever-2-deluxe-edition/info

Let me know if big sale posts do not belong here. I figured I'd post this because Transport Fever 2 had one post about an update 7 months ago and that's it, game could be rementioned again.

The next time you encounter a complicated web of route options, remember a site called Rome2Rio.

Rome2Rio shows every last possible travel option in a single streamlined place. It even finds routes Google Maps misses—that’s the main point.

A (longa) história do vinil colorido

Com uma história que recua a finais do século XIX o vinil colorido foi muitas vezes um detalhe diferenciador. Hoje os lançamentos coloridos são mais frequentes. O que mudou?

There are some rustlings about the FDA ending routine food inspections in the US.

This affects Canadian consumers. Vegetables grown in the US under these rules are sold in Canada to Canadian consumers. As an example, where we live we cannot buy lettuce, greens or bagged salads that are not from the US. Most imported vegetables are not tested in Canda as they are tested within in the US system first then exported. That means the only regulatory controls on many fresh vegetables and fruits will be grading and packaging standards. This is just being implemented by the US regime and Canadians need to know about it.

Until this is changed by the government in the ever moving world of trade relations and tariffs Canadian supermarkets will still be supplied with these untested food products.
