With Oblivion remaster's announcement tomorrow what are the chances they drop a TESVI trailer?

It's just too perfect of a chance considering they can mirror the IV into VI. Also it sounds like something Todd would do.

In almost every scifi-action movie of the 90s, there appears an exercise machine (?) with three concentric rings, and you strap into the middle and spin around in all directions. IIRC the outside ring is immobile and upright, while the inner two move on different axes, so the user can spin any which way.

Universal Soldier, Fortress, Drive and a bunch more had it, but I don't have screenshots.

So I've posted my terrible attempt at drawing what I mean. (Either that or the logo for my new political movement.)

Anyone know what it's called?

And whatever happened to it? It's the future now, why aren't we all spinning around in every direction, in between sessions on our hoverboards and flying cars?

EDIT:

Thanks, everyone. Turns out it's called an aerotrim.

So far, seen in the following 90s scifi movies:

  • Contact
  • Drive
  • Fortress
  • Gattaca
  • The Lawnmower Man
  • Universal Soldier

You know what else allows the economy?

Massive, un-targetted tariffs aimed at our allies and randomly putting them in and out, and putting unreasonable tariffs on China without having a plan in place.

The suspect in the Florida State University shooter, who faces first degree murder charges for killing two and injuring five on Thursday was a member of Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA, a fascist youth group around the Republican Party, and is a registered Republican voter in Florida. The 20-year-old suspect, Phoenix Ikner, is the stepson of Leon County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jessica Ikner, who has been with the department for 18 years.

Five Canadian teams — Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Edmonton — have made the NHL playoffs this year, and the Canadiens are set to face off in Round 1 against the Capitals in Washington on Monday night.

"I'd love the experience of going into Washington and chatting with the fans there and just building that bond and feeding off it and having pleasant banter. It's fun. That's what it's all about — connecting with people and enjoying the sport," (Jack) Gurevitch, (a Montreal Canadiens superfan), said.

But Sunil Peetush, another Canadiens devotee who has a "Habs cave" in his home and has already been to the U.S. this year to see regular season games, has been having second thoughts about American travel after his family's recent cruise that departed New Jersey last month.

"We just didn't feel right as Canadians. We felt like we were betraying our country," Peetush said, noting that going to Washington, the centre of U.S. government, would feel even worse.
