Episode #1,150 of the Detective Conan television anime series aired on Saturday with dialogue by the character Tōru Amuro. The episode's ending credits confirmed that Takeshi Kusao (Dragon Ball franchise's Trunks, Yes! Precure 5's Coco) has replaced Tōru Furuya as the voice actor for Tōru Amuro — a character named after Furuya and his most famous role (Gundam's Amuro Ray). ……

Amate Yuzuriha is a high-school student living peacefully in a space colony floating in outer space.

When she meets a war refugee named Nyaan, Amate is drawn into the illegal mobile suit dueling sport known as Clan Battle.

Under the entry name "Machu," she throws herself into fierce battle day after day, piloting the GQuuuuuuX. Then an unidentified Gundam mobile suit pursued by both the space force and the police appears before her, along with its pilot, a boy named Shuji.

Now their world is about to enter a new era.

I was asking my wife rhetorically really because of the theme music on many of the modern ones I have been watching. Now she brought up a good point which is that maybe its part of the localization. Do primarily to my eyes getting worse I now watched them dubbed (although dubbs are much better now than in the 90's). Now previously I don't think they really changed the music but now im not 100% sure. Anyone actually watch the japanese broadcasts and know if they localize to that degree? If not does anyone know if hip hop became popular in japan or korea or such?
