Just came in! I’ve never splurged this much on boots before, but my last cheapo ones scuffed and tore at the heel so I figured I need to spend on some quality ones for my next purchase.

As far as the construction, this review really sold it for me: https://youtube.com/watch?v=T50J8kej5bU

I’m normally a US Womens’ size 5.5-6, and I bought my usual size 6. So far they feel great, sturdy. And I notice they’re very thick compared to my previous pair of boots. The leather is quite stiff, although that’s probably because they’re new. It feels a bit snug on the width and ankles with thick socks on, so my first impression is that these boots run smaller.

Can’t wait to wear them this fall/winter🤗

This is my second pair of bluestones. They are awesome & comfy boots that have stood the test of time. My wife got these for me on sale. She asked if I minded the rainbows & I said "hell nah, I'll take those awesomely gay boots. " anyway, these boots kick ass. (This is an older picture, they have some wear in them now. It's about time for re-oiling them too)

Out of the box 8111 Iron ranger. A timeless classic.

Pretty stiff everywhere: sole and leather take time to fit, but don't harm.
