Wait what? Can you explain?
Funding is explicitly to come from "non-solarpunks" who live emiserated lives. Sounds like imperialism brought home to me.
I read that as 'we sell food to other states in exchange for funds', which is just normal global economics, but the rest of the chart is so odd that maybe I shouldn't be giving them the benefit of the doubt.
It's the combination of that and the "Global Fund" that combine to give me fash vibes.
