could be a spanish speaker who wrote that. molestar means to bother.
"molest" also literally means to bother, it's actually a euphemism that we probably shouldn't use (although it's become fully associated with the other meaning, so maybe we should, idk).
But originally it was a genteel way to refer to SA.
