Missing the best part. The prisoner went into a random town, found a open garage, and inside was a gun. That allowed him to be armed.

It's like playing a Fallout game.

Eh, the homeowner was in the garage and was also armed with a pistol that he shot at Cavalcante with. To me, it sounded like the homeowner had to do some work in the garage and brought out his guns to protect himself in case Cavalcante happened to be in the area.

Oh yeah that totally makes him look better.

Mr armed and dangerous apparently lost a weapon and failed to neutralize the target. The one thing he's probably been having a hard on for years failed.
