I couldn't take Schwimmer seriously in BoB which I watched well after Friends michael-laugh

He played the perfect little "talks a lot of shit but can't back it up" petty asshole role.

When you learn he's a coward and then he takes his petty frustrations out on Winters and the NCOs and then the higher officers force him out and Winters gets to lead the company after the next in line officer dies on D day. It's so satisfying.
