This community has risen to the top 5 local list.

Now, I wouldn't say that current state Lemmy does an astoundingly accurate job of organizing top communities. However, when you also factor in our sub, post, and comment count, I'd say things are trending pretty healthy for involved, organic growth.

I will digress, and say that numbers ultimately don't define a collective's actual value-- or rather, I won't kid myself that it does. That being said, slowly I'm seeing more familiar and unfamiliar persons contributing quality posts and comments. That is what I'm most excited about.

Thank you to those getting involved with 90s TV. I'm glad we can come together and share our fascination with late-20th century syndication.

Well deserved. Admittedly I'm mostly just a lurker, but I do really appreciate the nostalgia hit in my feed.

Lurkers are welcome. Ultimately, the goal of this community is to:

  • Remind those that lived the 90s of forgotten gems
  • Inform those that may not have lived it of unknown gems

So even if someone isn't "active" per say, if they fall into one of the above categories, then this social experiment is a success.
