Do you use the twist tie on a loaf of bread or do you just twist and tuck the tail of the bag?

I remember someone posted a dnd bread bag alignment chart? Anyway, I tie a knot in the bag. Apparently that makes me evil

You are lucky if you even get a spin and tuck from me.

Depends on whether I stop paying attention for half a second and lose track of the twistie/clip thing

[-] milistanaccount09@hexbear.net 7 points 10 months ago

I do use the twist tie yes

[-] ElGosso@hexbear.net 7 points 10 months ago

I use the clip or twist-tie it comes with, unless I lose it, and if that happens I just twist and tuck. I eat toast every morning for breakfast so it's not like it's gonna go off, I just don't want some dumb asshole (i.e. me) to pick up the bag and have all the bread spill out all over the fuckin place.

[-] flan@hexbear.net 7 points 10 months ago

give it the ol twist & tuck because i cant not break those little tabs

[-] HarryLime@hexbear.net 7 points 10 months ago

It depends on if I still have the twist tie or if I lost it.

[-] idkmybffjoeysteel@hexbear.net 7 points 10 months ago

I make my own bread, it doesn't come in a bag smuglord

[-] iridaniotter@hexbear.net 6 points 10 months ago

I use the tie or occlupanid unless I misplaced it of course. By the way has anyone ever seen a real life Kamptoconidae?

[-] riseuppikmin@hexbear.net 6 points 10 months ago

Twist tie. They've already put it on there so I figure I might as well use it.

[-] Maoo@hexbear.net 5 points 10 months ago

Twist tie / little plastic clip at first, then full-on knot when there's enough room.

WE MUST PREVENT THE INNOCULATION OF MOLD AND DRY TIMES.

Twist and tuck. If you wanna use ties I think it's better to use one of those clips since there are much faster to operate than ties.

What about the little square plastic they use instead of twist ties? Those are supremely frustrating.

[-] Beaver@hexbear.net 2 points 10 months ago

I use the little plastic clips that come with loafs. I keep a little stash of them on top of the fridge.

[-] Dolores@hexbear.net 1 points 10 months ago

regular robust clip! god curses the twist tie and the anemic square thingamabobs

[-] Blep@hexbear.net 1 points 10 months ago
