About 6 days from initial soak to harvest for the speckled peas specifically.

hmm they don't look like peas much? do they have, you know, actual calories / protein? or are they just a vegetable

Speckled pea microgreens are nutrient-dense and can provide around 35โ€“42 calories and roughly 2โ€“4.5 grams of protein per 100 grams, along with meaningful amounts of vitamins and minerals. The left tray is speckled peas, right tray is daikon radish.
