Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

That's the great thing with making bread... it's really hard to make something inedible (even though I've apparently tried my best a few times)!

Even the worst bread I made in my early baking days was vastly improved by toasting it.
