Oh, man, the UK was an absolute disaster for getting vaccinated. In 2021 in my area there were literally crowds of young people at "walk-in" vaccination centres getting turned away and being told to wait for another 1-2 months. Meanwhile about 3 elderly patients were getting the shot per hour and the Guildhall looked empty besides.

My friends in other countries were vaccinated months before me. Ended up getting all my boosters outside the UK because they couldn't give a fuck about anyone under 65.

I just got Spirit Island and played the intro scenario with my group and we are all itching to try again with different spirits and the full ruleset. It's a really engaging and complex puzzle with an enormous number of emergent strategies.

We are excited for a bigger challenge; the intro scenario felt very easy to us.

My general feeling on this is positive - obviously developers feel K/W is a good investment opportunity and with the housing affordability crisis, the only real solution is to increase supply.

622 new units of 1-bedroom, 1-bed+den, and 2-bedroom... This definitely caters towards younger professionals and couples without kids, but that's also the group primarily affected by affordability, so... Sounds good!
