The amount of heat is going to be negligible for the ocean, especially compared to a permanent structure pumping heat into the ground or a neighborhood. I'm more worried about how they're powering the things. Probably some fossil fuel.

Robert FUCKING Moses did not hate cars in NYC. He also didn't drive himself anywhere. He did office work while being chaperoned around.
I have to drive a delivery truck though NYC on a weekly basis. I have a deep, seething hatred of Suburbans and Escalades.
