Not sure what is pissing you off. If it's like most people right now it would be best to cold turkey social media and news. I was getting incredibly depressed by it so I quit it and I just stick my head in like once every couple of weeks, like today.

Exercise. Getting out of the house. Get reconnected and grounded. Get back to living in the moment. Remember to be grateful everyday for something. I know it sounds stupid when everything is burning down but just do it and see the results.

Check out self help books at the library for your conditions. I know when I couldn't afford therapy or went a long way to getting mentally well is life time journey for many if not most.

And cold turkey any kind of meds for mental disorders is a scary thing. You're an adult, you made that choice. You can always talk to your doctor about alternatives but I imagine you're going cold turkey for reasons. Just be kind to yourself while you're going through this transition. Know that this isn't how you or things will always be. Be patient with yourself and take it one day at a time. Things will get better. You won't always be angry at things. Question why you're getting angry at things and ask yourself things like should you change your expectations.

I just wanted to add that a reverse osmosis system would bypass the lead and I think everything else there in your drinking water. If you are going to have kids in the house then you need to fix the lead issue because especially little ones will drink the bath water.

But yes, knowing why you have that much lead in your water and the source is important. It could be lead pipes or soldering. From my own research I found that, especially if it is an older well, if there is a lead packer installed down in the well then you'll have to get it lined at some point to stop the problem.

Check locally and state websites. You should be able to find some local labs if you want something this detailed otherwise if you want to spend less with less precise results you can look for well water test strips online that will test for like 15 different things. It will not test for bacteria or PFAs. Those are separate tests.

The breathing and of course talking to a therapist. Someone else said basically exercise or walking, most definitely! Aside from that I know this past month has been hell for me because of politics and the cold weather. You might be in the same boat. Limit your access to need and social media. Using a SAD lamp may help.

Also learn or do something new. I recently picked up sewing and went balls deep into learning about how to actually do it properly and creating projects. In the past I've also done things like picked up books on a new subject, delved into a new hobby, and one year I just decided to do puzzles. What it's done for me is gave me something to focus on and keeps my mind occupied. It's also gave me the satisfaction of learning something new which I guess makes me feel accomplished or something. And sometimes it gives me time to actively work on something and think about what I'm doing while somehow allowing me to sort shit out in the back of my head. I don't know how else to explain it but it's done wonders for my mental health and I just figured I would share in case it resonates with you.

I know it's rough, but you'll get through this!

Is this is for work, you might want to look up "capsule wardrobe." This gives you wardrobe to mix and match that looks like you have bunch of clothes when you don't. You really don't need to keep up with main stream fashion. Any pressure to do so is just societal pressure and you don't have to align with it.

My thought is leave them be. Downvotes and blocking should be sufficient if it's bad enough.

I buy cables that have a braided wrap around them if I buy them at all. I've had so many come with phones and other crap. The only reason why I've bought a couple of others is because I needed some long ones.

My main computer is a 500$ laptop that I use for writing, bills, shipping, etc. My gaming laptop comes out maybe once a week.

Having a kid has helped me learn and realize so much about myself and my life that I wouldn't have been able to learn otherwise. The same can be said about many of my other major life experiences. Sometimes I miss being alone and being able to do whatever the fuck I want, but I realize I'm still learning how to balance my life and seeing my child every day makes me happy (even if she is going through a hellion phase).

No tips on catching live bugs, but if you're in a apartment situation it's possible roaches can come from neighboring apartments. (they can even swim up pipes into your sink apparently). I had an apartment where I did the same and I still had issues. I looked under my sink and saw a big hole around where the pipe went into the wall. I bought some foaming insulation and filled in that gap. After a couple days I never saw the fuckers again. So check for any avenues where they can be traveling between units.

Probably not the first time this has made it's rounds but this was the first time I've seen this story.

Edit: sorry, thought it included the link. https://dailynewsreported.com/positive-affirmations/woman-chases-jehovahs-witnesses-down-the-street-yelling-succumb-to-my-devil-vagina-magic/ I have to shamefully admit I ate the onion

Something had to hatch the chicken so the chicken or something chicken-like came before the egg.

Destiny 2 was barely playable at all yesterday after weekly reset, thanks to a number of error codes being spat at players during login or travel. By evening, I couldn’t play at all, loading into empty activities that would promptly kick me out after a minute or two.

Bungie has now confirmed that these instability issues have nothing to do with the recent weapon superbug that they are in the middle of fixing, where some perks have been disabled as they press toward a larger solution. Bungie has in fact revealed these current attacks on Destiny 2 are the result of outside DDoSing. Here’s what the BungieHelp account said late yesterday:

"Over the past couple of days, we've seen a spike in error codes and disconnects. The team has confirmed that these error codes are not related to the planned fixes rolling out for the recent crafting issue and are instead a result of DDoS attacks. While we typically don't confirm…"

In the tweet, Bungie says that this has happened before, but normally they would not comment on it, as that can just aid and embolden the perpetrators. This time, they’re doing it because they didn’t want people to assume it was because of the ongoing major bug fix.

There have indeed been instances in the past when Destiny 2 was suffering from huge server issues where I was told it was in fact a DDoS attack, but Bungie couldn’t say anything due to the reasons above. But it’s a frustrating situation given that of course, the wider community will assume it’s Bungie’s fault (and I mean, sometimes it is just normal server problems) instead of an active attack. Though now in the future perhaps there will be a little more room for interpretation, given that this has happened before, it’s happening now, and it will happen again.

Bungie has been incredibly litigious as of late when it comes to people impacting the game or its community. They have sued and won judgements against several large-scale cheatmakers. They went after someone who issued false YouTube takedown notices. They were awarded a judgement against someone who terrorized their former community manager and his wife.

It stands to reason they may take similar action against a DDoSer, but finding them may be a tall order. They are doing way, way more active damage to the game than some of these other cases, but it’s notoriously difficult to hunt someone like this down. It has happened in the past, but rarely, if ever, for something like going after a video game’s servers. I’m sure Bungie would absolutely seek damages or criminal charges here, if it were possible. We’ll see what happens.

For now, the game seems to be working okay as of this morning, but it’s unclear if the attacks have ceased altogether. My heart goes out to every “fix things” team at Bungie between these attacks and the ongoing bug fixes for the wildest glitch in game history. Hell of a week (Lemon, it’s Wednesday).
