We just ticked over to the 25th, I prepped all day and have 35 people later today, already cooked and sent.a 6kg bird off and I love the smell of the turkey roasting.

Xmas feast of cardamom roast pumpkin soup, roast turkey, roast beef (eye of round) and home cured hams to be smoked off. Yorkshire pudding, roast garlic mashed potatoes, green beans with caramelized onions & mushrooms, scratch made gravy, honey mustard glaze, cranberry dressing, chocolate chip cookies, Gram's recipe spiced apple cake with Chantilly cream.

Better than a succulent Chinese meal, I tell ya! Will post pics if I get to it.

Didn't spend any super moneys on anything for awhile and finally cashed in all that grinding.

Been awhile since I've played online with others...too much grief, getting (too) old, all the online games are FPS, everyone else studies the game like a college exam.

This is a bit different and it's been great. I usually hit quick play to end up in different scenarios with different squads, and this one was like that. We had one guy level 5000 super blood admiral citizen and one guy level -10 super earth resident who tells us he just got the game the night before, apologies (which we tut tut, none necessary- since we're all gonna die alot anyway) and we're going around and he's asking about this, and that....what does this do? sometimes it gives you super credits, rec slips, rare samples etc.

and then we come across the hellbomb.

"Hey man, see that thing?" SE Admiral

"buried in the ground?" New Guy

"Yeah, shoot that thing and it drops a stratagem rifle for you" SE Admiral

at this point I turn and run, and so does the other guy while the new guy blows the hell up and everyone is rolling, especially the new guy!

"Ah man, I've been trying to get someone to do that for a month!" he says.

And then last night I was killed by my squad 3 times vs. 2 by the bots. No grief...shit happens for managed democracy.

It's a different kind of game and one I hope we see more of.

If I somehow had my wishes heard (Hi Devs!) I would love to see 2 things.

1: different color reticle for different rifles. Currently using Defiance counter sniper and the A-M rifle have the same color and it fucks me up.

The other would be: Campaign Ribbons.

These would be doled out to those who participate in Major orders....and there would be additional swag for each, like IRL.

Did you participate in theater? ribbon. Did you complete X task? Oak leaf cluster Did you complete X qty missions? Bonze ,silver, gold star etc.

Hi, I looked but did not see this posted before. I installed PLEX on the SDeck and only can navigate through the keyboard, which covers half the screen & is awkward.

Has anyone else had this issue?

The searches related to this came up with a reddit question similar. but the results from troubleshooting that way didnt work.
