Sure:

Scientists FINALLY figured it out! The numbers of ancestors that all life came from is the SMALLEST number! LESS than 4. And the AGE of this ancestor is so old that the only human that can comprehend it is ISAAC EINSTEIN!!

But anyway, reading the article..looks like this is the meat of it:

For years, scientists have estimated that LUCA [last universal common ancestor] likely arrived on the scene some 4 billion years, which is only 600 million years after the planet’s formation.

But a study from an international team of scientists pushes that timeline back even further to some 4.2 billion years ago.

The scientists estimate that while LUCA was a simple prokaryote, it likely had an immune system, meaning it was already fighting off primordial viruses.

The study: The nature of the last universal common ancestor and its impact on the early Earth system, published 2024.

This doesn't make sense to me. You're saying that if you had a 2002 computer to work with today, it'd be impossible to make a device that plugs into the USB port, can be read by the computer, and can store many gigabytes?

I mean, surely you can put a little computer in the device that emulates exactly what the 2002 computer expects.

It's a lot easier than people think, in my opinion.

Light is the main thing that sets your circadian rhythms. If you want to sleep at 10 PM, turn off the lights around that time. Fully dark. No phone. Maybe even blackout curtains. Better if it's every single night, including weekends.

Listen to music or a podcast if you're bored laying in the dark. But no light after the time you want to sleep.

You won't fall asleep at 10 the first night. Or the second night. But it'll slowly get earlier and earlier every night.

I've done this many times. When I worked early mornings, I easily adjusted to falling asleep at 8PM by shutting off all lights consistently every night around 7:45.
