Apparently, some people are more likely to have it happen because of an inherited trait. Find out from relatives if it's happened to them? You're probably okay, otherwise! There's a surgical fix if you do have that trait, too.

At this point, it looks like the Community Council was being (or saw itself as being) overridden. This defeated the purpose of the council, and attempts to fix this were (allegedly!) ignored, so three out of four members resigned.

Inside a decorated Christmas tree. Maybe I can blame the cat for all the glass bulbs I'd break?

men are faster to marry again after divorce or spouse death, according to census reports.

in my anecdotal experience, monkey branching in relationships is a common shitty behavior. if op's gf is doing that, they're better off not trying to get back with her.

Undertale, definitely. FFX I was really attached to Auron. The Ace Attorney series? I get attached to characters so I feel like those are the tip of the iceberg.

Slime Rancher? Or a puzzle game like The Gardens Between? You fight in Going Under, but I don't remember it being bloody.

I have one in my kitchen. This kinda reminded me it's been ages since i looked it over to make sure it's in working condition.

https://www.vanityfair.com/style/2021/03/the-real-life-gidget-looks-back-from-80 She seems cool with it!

"When the movie came out in 1959 it earned good reviews, although according to her diary, Zuckerman herself found the experience of watching a movie about herself 'the weirdest thing' and expressed disappointment that it strayed from her father’s book."

"She was inducted into the Huntington Beach Surfing Walk of Fame in 2011. 'I consider Kathy the "Fairy Godmother" of surf culture,' world surfing champion and Surfing Hall of Fame Board of Directors cochairman Peter 'PT' Townend said in an email. 'Her father’s novel followed by a Hollywood movie exposed the world to surfing and ignited the explosion of surfing in the ’60s.'"

"'I am the girl that surfed,' she said. 'I am the daughter of Frederick Kohner, who wrote a wonderful story. I am not a movie actress, I am not an influencer. I’m a pretty private person…. There’s Gidget and there’s Kathy Zuckerman. I enjoy it. I’m pretty amazed; I lived it all.'"
