I saw someone do this to a neighbour and i thought it was really funny and not harmful. If you can then take the photos they have already put up inside their homes and photoshop them. Make their forehead bigger than what it already is, make someone smaller of taller than they are and stuff like that. If possible you can insert yourself in one of the photos. Then take the photoshopped photo and put it in front of their own photos inside their frame. You could also write a message behind the manipulated photo.
I’m not shadowbanned or anything but i downloaded this app because i need something else to help me pass the time and you are correct this is a way smaller platform and with really low activity compared to reddit. So if you are looking for an alternative i unfortunately think you will find this lacking. I don’t know any other alternatives than this one and it’s probably the best option as there isn’t many similar ones. The issues is reddit is so huge and well known around the world that nothing can compare to the high level of activity and users.
