Clearly alchemists. Manipulate metals and rocks to build chips. Soooo, alchemists.

Local beans? Does it mean they don't sell coffee in Canada and Europe?

Dude if you can try Colombian coffee, don't need no gourmet just buy what you can find. I love sello Rojo, it's less strong than pilão but has more taste.

As for American coffee, the things I tried when travelling didn't taste like coffee at all. Everywhere I go that has this American style coffee capsules I have to put 2 expressos to even find the coffee smell, and that's from a Brazilian that thinks pilão is strong.

I'd assume the firmware is the same shipped with the vendor or pretty much very close to the sample code.

Does it require something like an API key or password? Can these implement diff Hellman key exchange? Otherwise I'd just assume you can eavesdrop when someone is updating the contents.

It would be a shame if your phone was infected by a malware that rewrites all the prices in the tags in your vicinity.

I need someone to explain the joke. Waiting 100,000 years for radioactive decay seems to be a bit boring as a punch line.

Playing the long game.

I read because of your comment, it was a really fun read. A bit cringe on the "we're white collar thugs and we will bully you until you do as we say", but it's hilarious how it failed spectacularly for multiple reasons.

Maybe you're thinking of Libia, or was it Iraq? Wow this happens so often it's hard to keep track of it all.

True, we should bring international army to Minnesota, that's what the people in Minnesota wants: freedom from oppression.

Google said wild lettuce, if so would that be edible? It has pricks all over.

I think this one is typical from Australia/Victoria area.

I remember going into the Botanic gardens and getting a seed that was about the size of a big grape, putting to the ground and holding no hope.

Fast forward some time and a little branch was coming out. 3 summers later and this is what I've got.

I've tried planting lots of herbs but usually they won't grow. This time I was trying dill in a couple pots under different conditions to check what's work best. But I think this is actually moss?

I'm having a blast watching Mr maker. My son is now 13yo and we don't watch it anymore, but it's still very fun.

It's interesting that I also thought it was super creative. Maybe it's the lack of sleep when he was a toddler. All that crafting seemed like McGiver stuff.

I'm on track to use my bike every 2 years now. I've got my count down at 726 days.

I just didn't have enough time to get the bike off the lock between work and cooking, while I can start my walk within 60 seconds of stopping working. And that includes unpacking my ukelele for playing while walking. Bikes and ukes don't go along well.

It's probably 2 years since anyone in the house used our bikes.

Tires all flat, but the brakes were still sharp and didn't need re work. But it was funny seeing that my son totally outgrew his bike, we need to get a new one.

We went for one quick test around the block, and no minor adjustments, so we followed up with a 10 minute tour.

Wishing next time will be less than 2 years from now.

Relaxing and challenging. It's in the morning, I wonder if it was in the afternoon, would it be a good prep for sleep time?

Poppy, lettuce and dwarf sunflower.

It's summer here and I hope this time it works. Last half a dozen things I planted never started growing, I think I'm watering the seeds too much.

I think I dropped seeds here many months ago.

Not the first time I see something growing that I don't recognise. I guess we have to settle for what the plants want instead of what I'd like to grow.
