It seems the DLC has already been delisted, so you won't be able to buy that content now.

It's unclear to me if the Ultimate Edition still includes some or all of the DLC, or if the current DLC delisting is just purchasing them individually. You can try parsing this FAQ from the devs: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/articles/30662484986387-Forza-Horizon-4-Delisting-FAQ

Do you know if the 2 Expansion Packs (e.g. the lego one) still get activated if you buy the Ultimate, because they are already delisted to buy separately.
