Sounds more like social anxiety than introversion.
Introverts aren’t socially anxious they just recharge their energy by being alone as opposed to extroverts who recharge by being around people.
Depends on how wrong it is. I’m unable to digest pork and will say something if there’s bacon on my food. I don’t like sun dried tomatoes and will happily pick them off.
