Users a pretty split on the decision and some in that thread are claiming the bhalaj is only doing it for the sake of drama.

From what I’ve seen from the other users on blahaj, it’s not pretty split from the users on our instance. It’s supported. So defederating isn’t “drama”, it’s the intentional design of Lemmy
