I've seen this guy a bunch of times before so I know the creativity is the point (which he's really good at) but I feel like the shoe in the first pic is probably more expensive than just buying the mask would be.
Very likely, but in my book re-using items that are already in the household definitely counts as low cost. Especially if you can use them for the original purpose again after the event.
