Early access starts Dec. 6, but you have to buy the premium or collector's edition.
Yes, it will be on Game Pass day 1.

There are no reviews out yet. Also, we don't know what performance (FPS) will look like.

I think you may be confused as to what clickbait is. The title here (auto generated from the article by Lemmy) litterally just states what the article is about. Just because it doesn't give you all the information in the title does not mean it is click bait. Now if it said "AMAZING NEW INFO ON XBOX'S GREATEST NEW INDIANA GAME WORLD FIRST EXCLUSIVE INSIDER INFO!!!" Then sure, that's clickbait.
