GAZA, Thursday, August 3, 2023 (WAFA) – A Palestinian fisherman was Thursday injured after he was shot by Israeli navy forces as he was sailing in the Gaza Sea, sources confirmed.

It's actually not irrelevant. If they used live rounds then they'd be murdering someone, or attempting to, on top of the other issue.
