This is an early February security update release based on the February 2025 security patch backports since the monthly Android Open Source Project and stock Pixel OS release scheduled for this month hasn't been published yet.

Just out of curiosity, how come Firefox isn't one of the officially supported browsers for web installation?

Firefox chose not to support webusb because it is a pretty big security risk. So it's rather that Firefox doesn't support installing stuff.
