He made xAI buy Twitter at a value of $45bn dollars (minus debts). Exactly 1bn more than he paid for it, just so he gets to pretend like he isn't a completely failed investor.
so he basically dumped another billion into the company by selling it to himself and plays it off as "now it's worth more than when i bought it"
hey if it works for crypto....
