Got rid of the splint on my leg yesterday and swapped to an orthopedic walking boot. Over the day I was able to start walking without crutches and I'm the happiest man around having some real mobility again ♥️
4k steps yesterday, which is ~3 times more than 2 weeks average.
Next week starting rehab and training that operated leg again!
Crutches are so much more annoying than they appear. That's exciting.
For real, I feel way different now for the people who need them, especially long term. Humbling experience
