Genuinely quite excited. I only played oblivion a little, and last year looked into giving it a proper go, with mods. But after I heard about the remake I decided to leave it and see what they put out. I'm sure it'll still need a bunch of mods (I hate the levelling) but it'd be nicer on a sturdier graphical chassis.

There won't be any mods at the start, it's not the same engine. And good modders are busy helping Skyblivion come out :)

That makes sense, I'll probably give it some time before I play anyway. Ive only just found out how amazing daggerfall can look with some of it's mods (thanks to another post on this community!) and that was my first elder scrolls game. So I'll be playing about with that for a while!

My friend, play Morrowind before anything else than Daggerfall. Trust me. Morrowind is a profound game-changer. And it's not the same if you play after Skyrim
