And I don't mean they would have been a better band with a different singer, no: his voice, his delivery, his lyrics, his peformance, everything is good and blends perfectly with the rest - I just don't think I'd like him as a person.

Same with me. Back in the day I just couldn't, but now I realize there was a confluence of talent and innovation that does not happen very often.

Also I watched some original music videos when I replied, he really put up a show.

Lines like "I was looking for a job and then I found a job and heaven knows I'm miserable now" - I feel that with my whole being.

Other lines like "I still love you, only slightly less" - what the fuck is wrong with you? I mean he tells us what the fuck is wrong with him, but still. Or the "bucktooth girl from Luxembourg"? What if there really is a bucktooth girl in Luxembourg? She probably killed herself you insensitive prick.

But then again he chastises himself for precisely that with "Bigmouth Strikes Again", which I love.
