Wouldn’t a law like “stand your ground” allow you to shoot a masked man who doesn’t ID himself and has a gun?
Not sure how this can happen in a place with so many shooters rights laws
For the most part, it's not happening in places with lax gun laws. New York and California have the most restrictive, and ludicrous, gun laws in America. Guess where ICE is hitting hardest.
"Stand your ground" only means you have no duty to retreat. That law is not required to defend yourself if retreat is not possible.
Thank for this. Still can’t believe I’m not hearing more of these people getting by shot.
What mental gymnastics would it be for republicans to both need to defend ICE and the right to shoot someone in the face for any reason.
Fully believe they’ll manage to draw exceptions but it’d take a news cycle

Their hero puts on make up and dances to YMCA at every rally while the RNC crashes the Grinder servers. They say drill baby drill and don't shove EVs down our throats. Hawks Teslers on the white house lawn. Says let's stop all these wars. Bombs Yemen and Iran. Funny how that Ukraine war is still going on. It goes in and on. The US is run by cult members.
