EG RX-78-2 Assembled (Day 2)

It is fully assembled now. My current idea is to gloss coat the whole thing (maybe after painting the eyes and head cameras) and then start into the battle damage process. We'll see how far I actually go with it.

The kit itself is a study in plastic optimization and not a terrible copy of the Grandad.

I’m disappointed. My EG RX-78-2 on came with a beam saber and a rifle that isn’t finished on one side.

@Akaru88 This is the Full Weapon Set version, so it comes with a few extras. Really the only reason I bought it. It looks like the beam rifle and shield are the same, but I can't tell if the normal EG comes with any beam effects. Mine came with two, so I robbed one for my EG nu custom.

Handles in the backpack but no beam effects

@Akaru88 And here I was complaining about the color of the beam javelin. Surely the SB-13 runner they used in the Full Weapon Set wouldn't have cost that much to add to the original.

The beam sabers aren’t even usable, lol!

Now that I’m looking at the instruction sheet, it appears that my kit was made for the “Workshop Experience”. The entire kit is different. The skirt on my kit isn’t even articulated.
