Arteta's rest and injury decisions need to improve. Timber was hurt and then returned. Arteta and the medical staff need to overrule players and keep them benched. I love Arteta's new team structure tho. It will lead to great offense and a good defensive block.

@coygsu @Astrealix A sample of 1 is a very narrow base on which to insist there's a problem with a process

Areta literally pushed an injured Partey back onto the pitch against Tottenham in 2020. Saka and Martineli's production was heavily diminished in the later parts of last season. Luckily for Martinelli he had a suitable substitute in Trossard and received rest here and there. Meanwhile, Reiss Nelson was seldomly substituted in for Saka as a starter. Saka has started every PL match in the last two seasons except against Leeds at the Emirates. The likes of Trossard, Nelson, ESR, Vieira, and Tierney need to be utilized in the Prem. They shouldn't only be a mainstay in the domestic cup competitions.

Another one is when we rushed Tomi back for that Liverpool game. I think he's probably learned from that though.
