@stux sorry for probably stupid question but how does this cross posting work? can I log in with my mastodon credentials to other fediverse services or do I have to create a separate account per service and somehow link it to my mastodon account ?

@mx No dumb question at all!

You can use it also from Masto I believe when you 'mention' the group it needs to appear in (community)

there is no way of linking accounts so to say,\

@stux @random thank you for your fast reply! Ok i think I got it. So every group is like a subreddit which has a unique fediverse url and I can follow or participate in conversations by mentioning the group or probably also by just commenting on posts there ?
