Unlike Reddit, you can see who "reduces" (downvotes) comments and threads. In a comment click on more -> activity -> reduces. Yes, it is all the same person.
Not sure I like that feature...

Anonymous voting incentivizes participation.
But is it the kind of participation you want?
Yes, I want people's honest opinions. Not just the opinions they are comfortable share publicly.
