Need to stop China. They are making 30+% of the entire world's carbon output and no plans to reduce that for another 7 years.
That's more than the next 6 biggest carbon polluters combined.
Know how to stop China? Stop buying stuff made in China. All we, the west, are doing is outsourcing our carbon pollution to China.
