I'm new to SD, where do i generate those images? A quick google search showed a lot of results. Are there any differences between the websites?

I'm by no means an expert, but happy to help where I can! I use A1111. It's a very easy to use (and setup) way of accessing Stable Diffusion, gives you loads of control/settings, and is all locally hosted. Here's the installer (or google A1111, I wouldn't trust a stranger on the internet either!) https://github.com/EmpireMediaScience/A1111-Web-UI-Installer

A1111 is the best webui yet, but I wouldn’t say it’s easy to use lol there is some learning curve to it especially if you dive down into extensions

I don't recognize that fork of it - what are the differences there? I've been using vladmandic's fork for a while and found it quite good. I still have the original kicking around as well, but don't use it much.
