It just got revealed in the first look so easy to miss

Whenever you cast a spell or activate an ability that targets an opponent, or their stuff (spells, permanents, hand, library, graveyard) you are committing a 'crime'.

That wanted version is hot trash I haven't seen a card that looked this crappy since the Nicol Bolas egyptian spells. Fuck
