Where is the best place to discuss the Lemmy applications? (lemm.ee)

Things like UI/UX changes in the web app, features for Jerboa and so on obviously with the intention of contributing to them. Sorry I hope I haven't missed some important links. :(

Probably github. There are already a lot of bug reports and feature requests to pick up.
