Depends where you live. Korea and China are still big on it. Southeast Asia has a good amount of players along with Europe and south america. North america doesn’t have as many players as other regions but regular matches still pop quickly. Ranked matches do not in NA. Esports are still healthy with 6 global lans this year along with a nations cup lan event.
lol @ "illegal software". These motherfuckers want to arrest people for cheating in a videogame.
But they are totally going to install rootkits on users machines:
- Integrating Windows Security Features
To prevent illegal software from exploiting Windows OS security structures, we’re preparing to enforce certain security features by default.
These features enhance system security by blocking illegal programs from running in the first place, preventing the use of cheat tools.
However, because PUBG operates globally, we’re carefully reviewing differences in OS environments, player convenience, and technical or policy-related constraints in each region. A cautious approach is being taken to ensure stability and compatibility before the rollout.
So if I have PUBG installed and I want to run a trainer for a single player game, they can just block that from what I read? Like, wtf?
