He is absolutely worth it, but €25m is a great deal for us!
Would have loved to see him play CL, but can respect his choice of leaving now.

It's a bittersweet moment. This time last year I'd have taken that and sprinted off into the sunset
€25m is still a great deal for a 30 year old player but after finally showing his true form last season I feel that he still had a role to play with us, even with the new signings. Family calls first though so have to respect it.
Yeah, plus more game time for him. Feels bad but it's a good fee and a move that suits him very well.
Sad to see him go! Hope he comes back after his playing days to the club. He can be a good mentor for the academy players regarding mindset and approach
