The classified documents he's on record talking about possessing, and he claimed to have declassified, were planted? ... I can't imagine that's going to go over well in court.

The same classified documents which he wants back because they belong to him and were illegally seized.

yep. Security so bad at the resort where he lives/did official business at, and there's a large secret service presence, that people can just walk in and plant things anywhere they want.

I also heard that three of his four lawyers quit within the last month and the local lawyers are either flat out saying no or demanding large payment up front.

I think a couple quit literally the day after he was indicted.
