Shapely tried to get the GPS locations to check to see if Hunter and Joe Biden were in fact in the same room after the explosive WhatsApp message threatening the Chinese business associate was uncovered.

“And the prosecutor said, we’re not doing that,” he said. “So closed another door on the investigation to make what is relevant to this case.”

He continued, “And this happened over and over and over again.”

“And that’s why Gary Shapley wanted to come forward and make sure everyone could see and this could see the light of day,” he added.

Kendra Kingsbury, 50, of Garden City, Kansas, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stephen R. Bough to 46 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release. Kingsbury pleaded guilty on Oct. 13, 2022, to two counts of unlawfully retaining documents related to the national defense.

CompassCare, which operates three centers in New York, had its Buffalo location firebombed last June, costing $400,000 between new security and repairs, according to WIVB. The same center was vandalized on March 16, 2023.

“The FBI has never even talked to us,” Durig said. While she said Homeland Security did reach out before their December 2022 banquet to warn about protestors, many centers have heard only crickets from federal law enforcement.

“The FBI did an investigation,” Kocher said. “To my knowledge, nobody has been identified. But they were very nice.”

“They are slow walking it,” Harden said of the investigation into his center’s firebombing, noting the FBI let all its leads go cold. “Worse, they actually seemed to turn their investigative and arresting power on pro-life people, according to the whistleblowers coming out of the FBI.”

It would constitute a knowing effort to delay and obstruct efforts to investigate the Biden family — and to mislead Congress.

“Based on what they’ve told us, is that under ordinary circumstances, Hunter Biden would, right now, be facing indictments not only for tax evasion charges, which are felonies,” but also for violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), Schweizer explained.

Further, Mr. X informed me that this information could have been relevant to Mr. X’s investigation at the time of the subject as it related to a claim of $5 million being paid to the subject which directly ties to email correspondence reviewed between subject and a business partner of subject sent in May of 2014, which is believed to reference the $5 million being paid to subject from company xxx.

The night before the investigation, however, Shapley was told that “FBI headquarters had notified Secret Service headquarters and the transition team” about the day of action. “This essentially tipped off a group of people very close to President Biden and Hunter Biden and gave this group an opportunity to obstruct the approach on the witnesses,” said Shapley.

After the FBI interference, the agents were told that “the Secret Service protectees” would be given the phone numbers of Shapley and FBI Supervisory Special Agent Joe Gordon, and “the subjects” would call the agents if they felt like talking to them.

“SSA Gordon and I waited in the car outside of Hunter Biden’s California residence waiting for a phone call,” said Shapley. “It was no surprise that the phone call SSA Gordon received was from his ASAC Alfred Watson, who informed us that Hunter would contact us through his attorneys.”

Number one, the federal government is not treating taxpayers equally when enforcing tax laws. “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” the message reads. “I am very concerned that the Chairman has either changed his mind and broken our deal without telling me or that he is unaware of the promises and assurances that have been made that have not been kept.”

Hunter also signaled his “ability” to leverage “the man sitting next to me and every person he knows” to “forever hold a grudge that you will regret” if Zhao did not comply with his demands.

“Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight,” the ominous text read. “And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the Chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.

“All too often people mistake kindness for weakness — and all too often I am standing over top of them saying I warned you,” the threat continued, before noting the time and concluding “his [presumably the ‘director’s’] night is running out.”

After Zhao confirmed he would call the younger Biden, Hunter reiterated: “I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father. I sure hope whatever it is you are doing is very very very important.”

The FBI — despite knowing the veracity of Hunter’s laptop in November 2019 — lied to and pressured Big Tech platforms to engage in censorship activities in the hopes that these companies would suppress reporting that would damage their preferred political candidate. The agency was all-to-comfortable slow-walking the IRS’ investigation in an apparent attempt to interfere in the election but was perfectly fine interfering in the election to benefit the “Big Guy.”

It’s the type of behavior not reminiscent of a constitutional republic but of a failed, third-world police state.

Shapley’s investigative team was precisely the group to investigate the allegations contained in the FD-1023, as his group is “known as the International Tax and Financial Crimes group,” and consists of “12 elite agents who were selected based on their experience and performance in the area of complex high-dollar international tax investigations.”

The question remains who within the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office withheld the FD-1023 from Shapley and his team when Barr had directed that the CHS’s reporting be sent there for further investigation. Further, Barr has recently confirmed the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office was briefed on the detailed allegations contained in the FD-1023, following then-U.S. Attorney Scott Brady’s conclusion that the CHS’s reporting did not appear to be misinformation.

The scandal is not limited to Delaware, however. A related scandal connects to another whistleblower who claims that in “August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment which was used by a FBI Headquarters (‘FBI HQs’) team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease.”

Every indication suggests it was the FD-1023 that the FBI HQ’s team falsely labeled disinformation, which raises the specter that individuals in the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office were colluding with FBI HQ to protect the Biden family. It is now up to Sen. Chuck Grassley’s whistleblower to close the circle.

The Democrat regime interfered in the election, plain and simple. Local officials did so by unlawfully changing rules at the last minute. Big Tech did so by hiding damaging information on their preferred candidates and censoring conservatives. Billionaire activists did so by pumping hundreds of millions of dollars into government offices in the blue areas of swing states to run get-out-the-vote operations. The media did it by lying to voters, day in and day out.
