What they really need to do is fill out form ID10-T and mail it (certified mail) to Mickey Mouse down at Disney World
Buddy pulled this back in my customer service days. Caller was hot, and being an ass. After we kicked him around a time or two to a "supervisor", he was told:
"OK. I'm going to elevate this issue. We're going to code this an ID10T issue. Can you write that down? That's india, tango, one, zero, tango. Let me get this in the pipeline and you'll get a call back."
"You damn well better!"
PEBKAC is better because it's not as obvious, unless that's what you are going for
