Of course it does. Directing racism towards someone is not illegal unless it crosses into harrassment, and your right to beat someone up for doing that just doesn't exist.
My point is, the government isnt going to do shit for being racist because it's protected speech. When the other person beats your ass, illegal or not, you'll still need to catch and pursue charges. It's only illegal if you get caught.
Just because the government won't do anything doesn't mean some stranger won't bust a bottle over your head and walk away. Just don't be racist.
Very true, and anyone who is outwardly racist to someone else does deserve to get their ass kicked. I misunderstood your intentions in the first comment.
