I'm currently in the process of creating a German translation. I use this comment to note and justify some odd decisions I made:

community translated to Community and Communitys (plural), that's how the website calls it in German
theme (as in dark theme) translated to Modus (Wikipedia page calls it Dunkler Modus in German)
