MODERATORS
Well, it's just a fabricated story, so it doesn't need to make sense. The real author may be plus sized and the doctor's advice may be real, too, but I think there's a simpler explanation than excess amounts of steroids.
This story may be fabricated, but the idea of the story is very real.
Oh yeah, doctors are pussies who are jealous of meatheads....
