It's already been delivered once! There's no law that says you can't deliver the same pizza twice!
Law or no law, I'm not paying for used pizza. Not unless you can guarantee it will arrive free of any bite marks and provide a certificate of authenticity!
If you want a new pizza, then you can buy a new pizza at new-pizza prices from a pizza retailer!
