Higher quality of life, smarter citizens, less religion, higher cost of living.
if i have to make a guess, if you want a state with a lower cost of living, New Mexico is probably the cheapest?
Sadly that’s one of the reasons I feel stuck where I’m at. I’d love to move to a blue state but I need to see how much it will impact me.
